One thing I find amusing is the committee response to Jack Olson's
comments in 01_IPC-2611PSB final.pdf 1.7 para2 where they do not accept
the recommendation.

When I read the paragraph I immediately thought of Sir Humphrey on Yes
Minister!  I agree with Jack on this and I think I'm pretty average.
