Hi, Brian

30 deg. is one common angle for .062" thick standard FR-4, but 45 deg.,
60 deg., and 90 deg. angles are also used. This information is detailed
in IPC 2222 section 5.3, and depicted in Table 5-1. It is also described
in less detail in IPC-610 and IPC 6012.

30 deg is very standard in the scoring industry. The larger the angle
the more edge distance you will need.

Are there any industry standards for the angle of the V-score? Our
equipment
supplier suggests 30 deg. but some of our PCB suppliers say they don't
have
30 deg blades.
