The Circuit Technology Center, Haverhill Ma would be a good source. They are a Circuit board repair and reballing service and would be staffed for volume.
The phone book is showing 3 numbers (978) 372-5700, 374-5000, 373-1600
They have moved to the Wardhill Industrial Park, Bradford section of Haverhill, MA.
Chase EMS - We also provide reballing service for our customers, and then reflow the BGA's back on to the PCA.
We are a contract assembler for circuit board assemblies and chassis assembly. We have taken on some reballing work for a few hundred pieces in the past.
I think you'd have to contact our sales department; Jim MacKenzi or Jim Sheedy. They would be able to determine if the project is a good fit. We are a contract assembler for circuit board assemblies and chassis assemblies for a wide variety customer products.
We are located a few miles from the Rt 128/95 and RT 93 interchange in Woburn, MA.
