Hi Guys, have you any thoughts on adding an additive to the wave solder pots
to reduce dross have any of you had experience with this application I have
been asked to look at this 

and It scares me a little 

 

The purpose of this project is to evaluate the two high potential Solder
Surfactant/Antioxidant, MS2-200LF & JR07-VI, to get its quantitive and
qualitative performance and cost saving in lead-free wave soldering process.
