You have asked a strange question, as, in theory FR$ does not burn.
So, in order to make it "burn" you really need to incinerate it, with an outside source of flame. I am willing to bet that what chemicals are given off vary widely with temperature of the flame, and how much ambient Oxygen is around.
However, another thing you can be sure of, NONE of the possible list of chemicals given off, do you want to inhale. Perhaps you could be like Bill Clinton, and simply not inhale?
