Is there a standard for shielding of MRAM components and CCAs containing
them? I am looking for a standard that details methods of shielding MRAM
components after assembly, from a material handling perspective, not
from a design perspective to protect other components from the EMF
forces. What steps are used to protect MRAMs and MDRAMs from the effects
of outside EMF, such as disc drive motors, floor buffing equipment,
monitors, etc?
Anybody have any knowledge on this subject?
