I don't have any pictures of conformal coating that exhibits "fisheyes"
but found this link to a finishing site that does explain it and show an
example in a painted finish.

I have been putting together some inspection standards for a new
workshop in Germany. I have found a number of references to "Fish Eyes"
but never seen an example. It's a common term but seems to be elusive in
terms of actual examples.

Would the images at the following link be considered "Fish Eyes" by
users or are we looking for more subtle examples like two bubbles
between IC leads??
