I'm not happy promoting such a blend. The basic substance in this
mixture is a mixture of hydrofluoroethers, with very high GWPs (one of
them has a GWP approaching 200 times that of CO2. Because these are very
poor solvents, they are blended with trans-1,2-dichloroethene, which is
a good solvent with characteristics and toxicity much like
trichloroethylene, including its attack of many plastics. Then there is
a smidgeon of IPA to pay lip service to ionic contaminants. The
packaging is such that all these components are vaporised, usually close
to the operators face. Because the product is expensive, one tends not
to be profligate with it, so you spray it on the assembly sufficient to
spread the flux residues over a larger area where they will dry on the
board invisibly or partly so and leave them there where they will do
the most harm, having harmed the environment and the operator in the
meanwhile.

Such products, if used correctly (rarely done in practice), may be
useful for the odd field repair but in production, never.
