Hello Liu,

It is not as cut and dry as that. It really depends on how your infrastructure is set up. SI, schematic capture, mfg. etc.
From a designers point of view, PADS is somewhat easy to learn, but has certain drawbacks. Mentor and Cadence have a tremendous amnount of capabilities, but more expensive and a little bit more difficult to learn.
