Inge,
	If you are asking about wetting of the solder joints, they are
wetting fine. We are pretty sure this is a contaminant of some sort we are
just having a difficult time pinning it down. Until we can get the lab
results back we have to make sure we continue to explore any and all
possibilities.

Ted,
I may have missed some parts of the discussion, my q is this: how is the 
wetting BEFORE coating?  We use Humiseal since many years, and we have also 
had dewetting issues. In some cases, the source of the problem was not the 
coating, but solder machine errors or contamination from plastic bags or 
improper component plating etc.
