Hi Ioan,
We do quite a bit a board repair including solder mask touch up at BGA sites. I think there are several epoxies and solder mask products that can do the job but the key is preparing the target location prior to applying the chosen solder mask or epoxy. We have a product that we use and sell that I've linked below. Also included is a link is a brief write up on the process.

What kind of soldermask do you use for repair jobs under BGAs? You know, the original SM goes away when wicking the pads after BGA removal and we need to cover the vias back. And I'm talking lead-free.
