Greetings,

I was just reviewing the Working Draft for the new IPC-7251 (Land Pattern
Standard)
http://www.ipc.org/committeedetail.aspx?Committee=1-13
and noticed the recommendation for holes being 0.15-0.25mm over max lead
diameter.
(depending on complexity level)

Has this ever been addressed before?
If so, does this match previous IPC recommendations?
