We have alarm limits set to alert the operators that the process is trending
towards a defect. If the inspection machine flags a pad as a defect, we
remove the PCB from the line. 

For some of our products, we allow the PCB to be washed in an automatic
washer. For others (safety products), we scrap the PCB.
