Hi techies:
Does anybody from here had an experience on UMICORE solder paste?
I am using 95/5Sn from UMICORE and they claim it as no clean flux. However
residues are teribble.
I have problem on removing these residues. The flux residue is dark some
sort of it is burned or charred. And really difficult to remove during flux
cleaning using Ionox 1332?
I encountered lots of wirebond non-sticks.

Is this normal to UMICORE/Microbond pastes?

Hope to hear from all of you.

regards
Jon
