He has written many of these white papers. 
They have generated large color charts for the PB-free processes you can hang up in the factory or your office. They sell the PB-free waves, selective solder and manufacture the reflow ovens. He works in the Strathem NH facility that  has a great Demo center and manufactures the reflow and Selective solder systems, so he has access to everything he needs to run the  tests and generate the reports first hand.
