I've got a long track record using Fischer XRF equipment
Louis,

I've got a long track record using Fischer XRF equipment going back many

years when the AT&T PCB shop in Richmond, VA was still open and for the

past 7 years I've used a Fischer XDLM-PCB XRF for all our material

identification and PCB plating thickness measurements and am extremely

pleased with the results.

Regards,

George

Subject: [TN] ENIG thickness measurement

TechNetters, We are thinking about replacing a Veeco XRF instrument,

used to measure Ni and Au thickness from our ENIG line, with - something

else. I volunteered to ask the TechNet community for advice or

suggestions. It seems like there a lot of people on TechNet who know a

lot about ENIG.

Input on any instruments or sources, new or used, would be welcome.

Thanks to all.
