TechNetters, We are thinking about replacing a Veeco XRF instrument, used to measure Ni and Au thickness from our ENIG line, with - something else. I volunteered to ask the TechNet community for advice or suggestions. It seems like there a lot of people on TechNet who know a lot about ENIG.

Input on any instruments or sources, new or used, would be welcome.
