5 mil Alumina? Very thin, I'd say. Special? I've been working with RF substrates many, many years, but never used that thinness. I guess you are going to back them up with at metal sheet.

I have been ask to identify a source for some small high frequency circuits on 5 mil thick Alumina substrate. Can anyone recommend a source in the US (absolute requirement)?
