Just one of multiples out there, but Coors is still into thin and thick film ceramics. I pasted their thin film ceramics link below because I equate HF with thin film patterning and 99% alumina. Whichever you choose, they have it.

Laserage does laser processing of thick and thin film substrates if you need holes cut, scribe lines for snapstrates, etc. Don't recall if they do dicing. We do that inside so don't need to ask for that. There are multiple other laser houses out there too.
