There are probably thousands of Asian companies that water-clean (in
some way or another) assemblies. I have seen it done in many factories
in Japan, China, Hong Kong, Viet Nam, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand,
Singapore, India, Israel (off the top of my head, possibly elsewhere, as
well) on my UNEP work. There is also a thriving manufacture of machinery
for it in some of these countries, as well.
