So does a handwritten note on a slash sheet constitute a cutting remark?

To all,
We are working these issues. There are upgrades needed on the slash
sheets. Some of the test methods are archaic and need replaced or at
least up-graded. The minimum limits in some cases need to be raised and
the playing field narrowed. A new thermal stress test is being
developed to simulate lead-free processing conditions as well as a new
delam coupon, which will hopefully better predict usability/reliability
of a chosen slash sheet laminate material. The STII and other material
requirements need to be first incorporated in IPC-2221 and IPC-6012 to
allow a designer to choose based on needed material performance versus
design knowing the processing parameters involved as well as the end use
environment.
Please join us in this effort by coming to the meetings and lending your
support and technical input. I'll handle the humor.
Dewey
