Jeff,

I wish you luck!! 25 mm square is not very small! Should there be a
decimal point in there - like maybe 2.5 mm?

Do you REALLY have to go that thin? Can you go to a standard 10 mil
thickness instead. I believe that you will get more sleep at night if
you do/can.

Steve

Steve -

Coorstek looks promising. I have not been given packaging specs but
expect the outline to be >>25mm square the since we are dealing with
frequencies >>10GHz.

Jeff,

Just one of multiples out there, but Coors is still into thin and thick
film ceramics. I pasted their thin film ceramics link below because I
equate HF with thin film patterning and 99% alumina. Whichever you
choose, they have it.

Laserage does laser processing of thick and thin film substrates if you
need holes cut, scribe lines for snapstrates, etc. Don't recall if they
do dicing. We do that inside so don't need to ask for that. There are
multiple other laser houses out there too.

To All,

I have been ask to identify a source for some small high frequency
circuits on 5 mil thick Alumina substrate. Can anyone recommend a source
in the US (absolute requirement)?

TIA,
