By fillet I assume that you mean wider and flatter as opposed to round.
If
that's the case we've taken some larger needles and pinched them down
into
an elliptical shape that worked pretty good. Maybe you could do
something
like that.

I now turn to my favorite resource to see if anyone can help me out.  I

looking for dispensing tips for syringes that spread adhesives out to

fillets, rather than the more common needles which dispense a bead of
