Ken,

You can try Coastal Circuits in California.  I've had great success with them for 
many years.  I haven't had them do a board quite like that, but they are very 
technically savvy and forward thinking, I'm sure they're capable.  And honest 
enough that they'll tell you if they can't rather than say they can and not 
deliver.
