Hi all,
I am wondering if anybody found/see any Tin whisker problem on fine
pitch components with pure Tin finish that pass 150 Deg C anneal (The
most common Tin whisker mitigation)?
I did not see any new reports on that issue.
Thanks,
Gil Zilber
