This is easy,
It's a feed thru capacitor. It could also be an X2Y capacitopr pair but the
board is not layed out for minimum inductance so we are back to feed thru.

I'm not an electrical engineer, but I do know that they are filter
capacitors used to help with EMI. We place a lot of them on quite a few
assemblies.

terminations. My main concern is the component body size to copper pad
