Thanks for your replay,

We tryied another copper tank and it start getting cracks  after 3 more
days.
We did not changed base materials and curing cycles on the previuos months.
Thermal stress cycle is the solder test 10 sec at 288C

Normally corner cracks are caused by high organic contamination in the
plating bath. I image that you have more than one copper tank and do you see
it occurring on parts processed through other baths? Is your material fully
cured? What is your thermal stress cycle? I was unable to view your
