Has anyone tried soldering lead free to an Aluminum circuit on polyester?

We are looking at a very simple one component circuit that needs to be on a
material with some flexibility. We do run millions of feet of aluminum on
polyester passive circuits in one of our plants. I am being asked to see if we
can take advantage of the in house production to save some cost.

My other thought is to just try a conductive adhesive, but we might need to
do some tooling for that, as this would require about 3 million of these
circuits/year.
