If the problem is only at that site and all other positions of that device
are OK then the first thing to check is placement, then print/stencil
quality of that aperture. Then move onto profile and so on.
Most people know that misplaced components will align on reflow, but there
are limits. Badly misplaced (where the component is more on one pad than
another) can effect heat transfer rates. So if the component is
asymmetrically placed or tilted on placing you certainly can get
wetting/reflow on one termination before the other leading to drawbrdging.
