Hello TechNet specialist, 

On section 5.2.2 of spec IPC-610D, the pin hole/blow hole defect spec for 
class 2, 3 is 'Solder connections where pinholes, blowholes, voids, etc. 
reduce the connections below minimum requirements(not shown)'. 

My question is, what's the minimum requirements for solder joints of wave 
soldering?  Thanks a lot.
