Hi Robin,

Here at Indium Corporation in Clinton, NY we use a Koh Young 3020T in our
simulation lab and have been very pleased with its performance. We
periodically run gage studies on it and the deviation is 5% or less for most
pad sizes, so the consistency is excellent. It has been extremely useful
for evaluating solder pastes, as well as stencil printer optimization.
Customer service has been good too.

Subject: [TN] Solder Paste Height Measurement System

I'm looking into buying an offline solder paste height measurement
system. Which are the best systems out there? As far as getting a better
image for consistent height measurement what are the different
technologies out there. Thanks in advance for any advise.

Robin John
