Try Palomar Technologies.
We just used them a couple of weeks and they did an outstanding job for
us.
They were able to perform the wire bonding and the pull strength
testing.
They generate a very professional report along with SPC and CPK data.

You may wish to contact Specialty Labs. I believe they have the
capability. They are in Minneapolis. They do a lot of work for us here
at GD, and I use them for failure analysis work for my consulting
engineering clients quite often. They do really good work, but cost
considerably less than other FA companies in the upper midwest area.
