I am with an electronics cleaning chemical company.  We have used Foresite 
Laboratories in Kokomo, IN for over 15 years.  Foresite not only reports Ion 
Chromatography results; they can pinpoint the cause and failure mechanism.

There are many Labs with I.C capability...however they cannot interpret the 
results; in regards to the reliability of an electrical assembly.
