Hi Leo,
Elongation data for foil samples are useless [except for process control purposes], because the aspect ratios of foil samples make the determination of material ductilty by tensile testing impossible.
There exists a test method, ASTM E796 and IPC-TM-2.4.2.1, that gives the actual material ductility of metallic foils.
