Que? What withstanding time? Time until you cannot bear seeing the smoke anymore from the TV? Or time from switch-on to the main fuses blow? I have some typical plots with conductor witdh as y-axis, current as x-axis, curves representing delta T=10 Celcius to delta T=100C. There are four such plots for copper thickness 18um to 105um.
I think every one PWB maker got such plots. The actual one I got is not good for copying, but I can send offline if you want. You will probably be drowned with plots before you go home. The 'withstanding' time you ask for can probably be twofold, instant max current/temperature (surge current, transient current) and steady-state ditto. As all parameters are known, anyone can calculate and simulate both in a suitable program. TN has several members with this topic as their specialty. As we cooperate with Thales, I can connect you with a PWB math guy here, still if you want.

Subject: [TN] PCB Trace Over-Current Withstanding Time

Hello all,

Is anyone able to answer the following query about PCB traces over-current withstanding time : I am questioned about the existence of a plot giving the with-standing time of PCB traces versus over-current.
Question is asked for 0.15mm up to 0.21mm line widths, 35µm/70µm thickness and currents of 50A to 100A.
Any clue?
Best regards,

Arnaud Grivon
