I believe we have met some time in the past year or two.
We are sometimes forced to repair blind microvias as well (low
quantities, high value, short timeframe, etc). We have had good
performance using EpoTek H20e and a sharp tungsten probe to heavily
scratch the copper surfaces down inside the via while pushing the epoxy
where it needs to go.
Not fun and usually not economical, but seems to work.
