Well yes to all three which probably is not helpful.
Not knowing your intended application I guess you would want something with
some type of known provenance and a supplier familiar with the requirements
and conditions of "our world".
So stretching the definition of 'paint' very slightly: have you considered
its electronic grade cousin conformal coating? and if you are looking for
easily available colour other than clear or black a further stretch gives
you the stuff used for board idents, solder mask and so on.

I realise this is a bit of an obtuse question but I'm looking for a paint
that will survive a minimum of 3, lead free reflow cycles.
I'm not so much looking for a brand name as the paint type, i.e. does epoxy
work or polyurethane's or acrylic?
