Hello Technet,
For years I have been following the discussions on the forum and saving the
emails trying to build a database of knowledge and was thinking that the
TechNet webmaster could (should) make an IPC.org version of Wikipedia.
IPC.org could charge a yearly fee or even make it free to access the
material and the gurus could 'put the cookies where the children could reach
them' and cooperatively write articles, provide links to resources such as
white papers, suggest books and where to buy them or even create a download
store where Mr. Engelmaier's (and others) whitepapers could be purchased
(for example).
In that way, people could have a reference to the wealth of knowledge in an
easier format than reading through the archives and some concepts could be
explained in a way they get more complex as the article progresses.
It's just an idea.
Thank you,
David Tremmel
