Dewey, he did say "relatively".  That's a horse of a different color.

Is it possible the mane problem is the depanelization process?  Could be the 
design is OK, but rough depanelizing makes them spit the bit.  What are they 
using to take the panels apart?

At the risk of mixing metaphors, perhaps you're barking up the wrong tree?
