Hi Fellow Technetters,

I need some input on measling.  We recevied a batch of boards with measling.  Looking at the board, it seems the measling occured between the solder mask.  How common is this?  What are some of the cause of measling?  Is there any reliablity concern with measling?  Any input will be greatly appreciated.
