Guys I am having a BGA issue and I am looking for some input from the gurus
on this problem.
BGA is failing at power up at ICT,but when the BGA is re-balled the BGA
passes power test. I have also been experiencing fails for shorts across the
BGA.
Profile is good, board supports are good, placement is good I am now
considering a 5% reduction on the aperture as it is 1:1 ratio. I am using
tin lead. I have never experienced this issue with BGA before
