Suggest anyone who needs to look at Military standards or specifications or Federal specifications or the like, new or old, take advantage of the FREE DOD document site at (where Mike Sewell linked to):

It's one of the most heavily used bookmarks that I have.

I would suggest inputting into the "Document Number" field only, and just putting in the basic portion of the document number. Otherwise you risk missing your document in the search.

To find MIL-S-13949/10, just put in "13949"

You'll then have the opportunity to select and view the exact document you need and generally historical previous rev documents are also available.

Does anybody know what material is for MIL-P-13949/10 and MIL-P-13949/12
? I am struggling finding information on these have been searching with
not any firm results.
Looks like the /10 is Polyimide but cannot find anything on /12.
