Our product does not really fall into full Class 3 Military like category, we 
specify Class 3 requirements for the characteristics I mentioned as a survey of 
our supply base determined they were building / testing to Class 3 in the areas 
identified. End result should be that we receive better product without the 
increased cost of full Class 3.

I will pursue your suggestion regarding sampling to see if it impacts cost in any 
way. I would hope that our vendors would be open to any suggestion that 
would help them identify problems in their process and prevent any further 
damage to customer relationships.

You mention a 2 coupon per panel requirement, where is this stated in IPC-
6012?
