I don't know whether you have tried to ceate a wiki? I have (at
http://www.cypenv.org/eewiki). It is easy to start but darned difficult
to create the critical mass needed to make it viable. Several tens of
persons have promised to write/correct/discuss articles, but no one ever
does. Of the hundreds of article headings you can see by clicking on
'All articles', I believe only two were written by someone other than
myself, with perhaps another couple modified or commented. The problem
is that what I have written, in many cases, is woefully inadequate (or
non-existent!) and I've been hoping that others would contribute
largely. I am disappointed that this has not taken off with further
hundreds of articles written by others. I think it would need careful
thought and a large committed team with the time and the will to achieve
your suggestion.

PS My EEWiki is still open to help from anyone reading this!!!!!!!
