Hi Peter,
The answer is: Not likely, maybe, yes.
Board shops are not likely to perform any tests on PCBs, unless so specified 
and included in the quotes.
There are 2 test methods, IST and HATS, both of which show degradation of the 
PCB reliability as the result of soldering processes. These tests are 
IPC-TM's, but they are not 'standardized' in terms of what the results mean as to 
reflow conditions.
