Hi Luis,

Thanks for the comments but nope it is hand sprayed.

You're the second one that suggested thinning out the polyurethane but
wouldn't that put even more volatiles in the mix that would need to escape?

Looks like an automatic application, you could try the following.
Thin the material in accordance to your supplier recommendations
Reduce volume by speeding up the application and also go higher on the
Z- axis away from PCB
