We are considering the use of a reflow oven to represent the temperature
extremes experienced in the assembly environment.

Can anybody identify the total daily cost of running a lead-free SMT
reflow oven? 

We are interested in the cost of running an oven, exhaust, support
functions like nitrogen but not necessarily costs associated with other
manufacturing requirements like fluxes, screen printing, fixturing, chip
shooters etc.  

We under stand that the power consumption is approximately 480V 3 phase,
120 amps. What we don't know that one would be running 8, 12 16 or 24
hours a day. Is there a significant startup time, or down time minimum,
that should be considered in estimating the cost of running a SMT oven?
