I have no input about "once cured" but we do encapsulation and coatings,
etc.... and for air removal during encapsulation we place freshly
encapsulated assemblies in vacuum chamber for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes to remove
trapped air from inside encapsulated assemblies. This often brings the air
to the surface. To remove bubbles from surface before placing in the oven,
we spray with denatured alcohol to help surfaced bubbles disappear before
curing. we use a simple spray bottle for application. Once cured it is
what it is for us.
