I second these sentiments.  It is a great package.  We have used it for close to 10 years.  The best part is that it updates weekly, so it is always current and there is always new content being added.
There are also a bunch of web features now available which allow customers to log in and see the status of their jobs.

It's a good software package for printed circuit board facilities.

I've not had any bad experiences with it, working with it at 3 different facilities.

Critical to getting the most out of the software is understanding your processes as fully as possible so that you can get the package(s) setup correctly. 

Call Mitch at Bacon Software he will be glad to discuss it with you as much as you need. Unlike most other packages available, this one is tailored made for PC fabricators, Mitch knows fabrication and it shows in the way he set this up.

On his site he has test drives which I recommend, also, again, talk with Mitch and good luck.

It is supposed to be a "real time" tracking system as well as a quoting package and a data base to store M.O.Ts (travelers) for recall when another order comes along.
