Hi Ted,
Commercial labs will analyze failed product you send them, and will tell you
whether they are in compliance with applicable industry standards. Most will
not do a root cause analysis, nor will they offer solution options.
A more effective root is to engage a consultant, who after an initial
analysis will direct a commercial laboratory to perform those tests that enable
him/her to do a proper root cause analysis. From that information, solution options
can be developed.
Geographical location is in these times of Internet and FedEx no longer any
